- And any other topic of your choice
GROUP COACHING – WOMEN OF INFLUENCE’S COACHING CIRCLE
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities at home and work? Do you ever wonder about your ability to achieve your professional goals and position yourself successfully? Would you like to have more influence on your environment and be better able to manage your relationships, face your challenges, and overcome difficulties? If so, you are not alone. Join our Women of Influence Coaching Circle.
In the company of a dozen women, you will be able to discuss your challenges, learn from each other, and co-develop winning strategies. You will be guided by a certified and experienced coach who will ensure a healthy, inclusive, and collaborative space where you will be encouraged to question, explore, meet your challenges, and excel.
The program includes 3 modules of 2 hours each (plus 2 one-hour subgroup exchange sessions) over a period of 6 weeks in person. The modules cover the following themes:
- Managing Self for Success (self-awareness, self-confidence, and personal empowerment)
- Managing others (communication, influence, and positioning in a changing environment)
- Managing the system for professional success and fulfillment
OUR APPROACH
We use the Co-Active Coaching method which combines:
- Your full participation to help you work on both your “being” and your “actions”.
- Close support from the coach to help you find the appropriate answers to your questions and make the best decisions.
The program will unfold in different phases:
- You will start with an introspection to provoke self-discovery, identify your strengths, and areas for development.
- You will then be challenged to overcome your shortcomings, step out of your comfort zone, and tap into your potential.
- We will optimize your performance capacity by building your strategy and jointly implementing an action plan.
- There will be homework between sessions to allow you to practice new skills and question your habits, beliefs, and ways of operating.
Adequate tools will be provided to help you acquire comfort in adversity and change; accept your vulnerability; and be fully authentic as a person.
- Your Coach will become your partner in adopting new habits, and together you will co-create solutions to harness your full potential. You will receive feedback and guidance to improve your self-awareness and areas of development to achieve your professional goals.
